Barbara Marchioni is a lifelong resident of the Fuquay-Varina/Willow Spring area. After earning her degree in Social Work and Sociology from Campbell University, “Barb” began her real estate career in 2000 as a licensed broker.

Married for 41 years, Barb and her husband have raised four children together. Outside of real estate, she is deeply involved in her community, serving on several boards, including the Fuquay-Varina Planning Board.

Barb is the founder and president of Children’s Blankets of Love. What began as a small project with her grandchildren has grown into a widely recognized effort, providing comfort to children in hospitals across the region. She is also the founder and CEO of Heroes United of NC, a nonprofit organization dedicated to housing homeless veterans—a cause very close to her heart.

Passionate about both people and place, Barb loves calling Fuquay-Varina home. She is committed to serving her clients with dedication, care, and a genuine desire to make every real estate transaction a positive experience.
